can you help me in physics?

An object has a kinetic energy of 297 J and a momentum of magnitude 22.8 kg·m/s. Find the speed and the mass of the object.
speed ____m/s
mass ____ kg

A man claims he can safely hold on to a 10.3-kg child in a head-on collision with a relative speed of 139-mi/h lasting for 0.10 s as long as he has his seat belt on.
(a) Find the magnitude of the average force needed to hold onto the child.
_____________ N

(b) Based on the result to part (a), is the man’s claim valid?

(c) What does the answer to this problem say about laws requiring the use of proper safety devices such as seat belts and special toddler seats?

High-speed stroboscopic photographs show that the head of a 210 g golf club is traveling at 58 m/s just before it strikes a 46 g golf ball at rest on a tee. After the collision, the club head travels (in the same direction) at 46 m/s. Find the speed of the golf ball just after impact.
_______ m/s

Ek=p^2/2m
m=p^2/2Ek
=(22.8)^2/2(297)
=0.875kg
p=mv
v=p/m
=(22.8)/(0.875)
=26.05m/s

i can’t do the second parts, i dont know the conversion factor from mi to km or m, but once you get there the formula to use is:
F=ma
=m(delta v)/(delta t) <--- for delta v, v2 will be 0.

mva+mvb=mva'+mvb'
0.21(58)=(0.210)(46)+(0.046)vb
vb=((0.210)(58)-(0.210)(46))/0.046
=54.8m/s

cheers.
